Our Staff

Developing a wellness center has always been a dream of mine. My interest in holistic, and herbal/ayurvedic medicine stems from exposure as a child to indigenous grandparents and from exposure to friends and family of various Eastern and Western cultures. In 2012, a friend of mine in the allergy industry introduced me to the concept of allergy immunotherapy treatment which could be done in the comfort and convenience of your home. The incorporation of an Allergy Testing and Immunotherapy Treatment program into our full service wellness center was a natural fit especially in light of the fact that up to one third of the population in our area suffers from airborne allergies that impact lifestyle. Medical Weight management and nutrition have always been both a personal concern and a professional interest and it has always been part of the education that I have offered my patients. Obesity affects 62% of the population of Northern California and it greatly impacts the practice of surgery and the medical complications that our patients face. For me it has been a natural transition to incorporate wellness and complimentary modalities such as massage, acupressure and herbal remedies into my practice of medicine. Today, we have greater acceptance of complementary medicine (the use of alternative modalities with contemporary medical treatments) in the USA and there is growing interest in healthy lifestyle and self-care. Beauty and health is a reflection of what we take into our bodies as well as our lifestyle and activities. Our New Med-Spa Program, where we offer multiple forms of massage, acupressure, reflexology, sauna, essential oils, skin care and Botox, has been a great addition and compliments all the other wellness services. The development of Dynamic Health and Wellness could not have come at a better time. We serve the cities of Roseville, Marysville, Chico, Sacramento, Grass Valley, Nevada City, Lakes of the Pines, Wheatland, Plumas Lake, and Beale Air Force Base.
